Some varities of different Chickens:
Amber sex link, hen mostly white, brown medium sized eggs. Winter hardy.
Americanas are very hardy and sweet. They lay eggs in shades of blue, and even have blue (or "slate") legs.
Barred Rocks are friendly, great layers of large brown eggs. They can't be beat for steady, faithful chickens. They are cold hardy and good winter layers, too!
The Asian Black is a slower growing bird. The males can reach market weight in 10 to 12 weeks, and the females take 15 weeks. Brown eggs.

Orpingtons are big dual-purpose birds originally developed in the UK. They're friendly and cold-hardy. Lay brown eggs.
The Calico Princess is topaz colored and its feathers alternate in color between the light red-orance and white making it seem like a glimmering topaz stone. This bird is a specialty hybrid that was created by a breeder in the Czech Republic. Cream color eggs.
Turkeys and Ducks:
The White Broad Breasted Turkey is the most common of commercial broad breasted strains of eating Turkeys on the market today. 22-34 lbs
Heritage breed, 16-25 lbs market weight.
The Khaki Campbell is one of the more famous and popular duck breeds due to its excellent egg production. It was introduced in 1901 by Mrs. Adele Campbell of Gloucestershire, England.
Mallards are native to most countries in the Northern Hemispheres. It is thought that all domestic ducks except Muscovy are derived from the wild Mallard.
The White Layer duck is a great forager and a prolific egg layer. It equals the Golden 300 Hybrid layer in production but has white plumage.
The Pekin or Peking, also White Pekin, is an American breed of domestic duck, reared principally for meat but can be good egg layers.
